Trip Advisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2023 Winners!

With our 5 star rated Distillery experiences, two new spirits and a whole host of other gin activity, 2023 has certainly kept us on our toes!

In June 2023 we were thrilled to be recognised as the Best Small Business of 2023 by the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce. Always striving to provide the best possible products and experiences for our customers, we were honoured to have this feedback. It really was the cherry (or ice and a slice) on top of a great half-year here at The Shropshire Distillery!

Now as we toast to the end of a great summer, we are so proud to announce we have also been awarded the prestigious Trip Advisor Travellers' Choice Award for 2023 in recognition of our “exceptional Distillery experiences”.

This award is a result of our customers’ consistent outstanding reviews and feedback on Trip Advisor, Google and Facebook which we are always so thrilled to read!

As many of our customers will know, our Distillery experiences first began back in May 2021 with our Gin School and Tour Experiences. Having moved to our purpose-built Distillery the previous August, these experiences were our way of bringing people together again after the isolation brought on by the Coronavirus pandemic.

We are so thankful that we did! It was this idea that showed us how much we loved to showcase our business and have real face-to-face interaction with our customers while also giving an insight into a real working Distillery.

From here our experiences have continued to grow and we are thankful to now be able to offer various different types of experiences for a variety of personalities and occasions.

It has always been our aim to make sure these experiences are memorable, interesting, interactive and enjoyable for any of our guests. While we love to teach fellow enthusiasts the process of making our spirits, we also know that people come for the ‘fun’ element of the experience, and we have worked hard to make sure we provide it all.

We’ve always recognised the importance of any feedback we get; whether it’s things we need to change, learn from, or continue with and the fact that the feedback and reviews have been so positive just fills us with pride!

Our experiences have been carefully planned and designed to keep you all entertained and engrossed without being overwhelming and this is something we’re so happy has been recognised.

We’re so glad our guests have been able to enjoy a relaxed yet fun atmosphere and leave feeling happy with their time well-spent and recognising the high quality of our experiences. This is something that will always be a priority for us and we will continue to work hard to provide for all of our attendees.
