Having announced our relocation to Ellesmere this month, a key factor in the decision-making process has been around our plans for expansion and growth.
Always looking to enhance the experiences we offer our customers; we are excited to start making an impact on our county’s and Town's growth as a tourist destination.
To kick off these plans for The Shropshire Distillery, we are delighted to be hosting a number of collaborative events with some incredible local business owners.
Having worked hard to get from our ‘Gin Shed’ to the new Distillery, we recognise the hard work of local businesses and the importance of them in their community.
So take a look at some of the events we will be hosting at the distillery over the next couple of months…
Luxury Wreath Making Class

Hosted alongside Tammy at TMS Events, join us for a relaxed and friendly evening making traditionalLuxury Christmas Wreaths.
Based in Llanymynech, TMS Events are an award winning luxury event styling covering Mid-Wales, the whole of Powys Shropshire and Cheshire. Founded in 2007, TMS are a fellow local business set up over a genuine passion for their craft and we are thrilled to be collaborating with Tammy and her team this season.
Start the celebration off right with one of our delicious, mulled gin cocktails and get ready to get creative! We’ll provide all you need with a selection of different materials so you can personalise your new decoration to your taste!
With a tasty Antipasti Charcuturie Board, using locally sourced produce including Shropshire Salumi along with a mince pie, you’ll be able to snack and socialise as you go! Other drinks will also be available to purchase during the evening at our Tap House to help get your creative juices flowing!

Shropshire Distillery Tap House
With our recent relocation, we are proud to offer our customers a welcoming environment for friends and families to come together and unwind against the backdrop of our distillery’s history within our very own Tap House. Whether you’re a gin enthusiast or keen to explore ourdiverse range of award winning products, our Tap House allows you to indulge in the distinctive flavours of our hand crafted spirits with knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you through the tasting journey.
We will be opening The Tap House Doors once a month, with the next available dates being announced soon. So be sure to keep an eye on socials and make a note in your diary, invite your friends and join us at our fully stocked bar to sip on an array of seasonal cocktails and experience the unique blend of community, creativity and craftmanship that defines the essence of The Shropshire Distillery.
Evening With The Hungry Guy

Steve or ‘The Hungry Guy’ is a professional chef based in Shropshire. Having learnt to cook professionally with the sole aim of bringing the same joy he gets from food to others, he has become a popular name across the county.
Offering a range of catering and private dining options, we are so excited to be joining forces to offer our guests a delicious pairing of food and drink!
