Festive Negroni
A delicious take on the Italian classic, our Festive Negroni is bold and delicious with those perfect seasonal notes of cinnamon, herbs, and spices. Featuring our festive Limited-EditionFrankincense and Myrrh Gin, this cocktail offers a rich warmth that truly embodies Christmas.
Ingredients
• 25ml Frankincense & Myrrh Gin
• 25ml Red Vermouth
• 25ml Campari
Method
• Add all three ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
• Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with a slice of clementine and enjoy!
Three Wise Men Sour
For those who enjoy a lighter, more refreshing beverage we recommend our Three Wise Men Sour. Paired once again with our festive Limited-EditionFrankincense and Myrrh Gin, this cocktail provides a seasonal taste with notes of citrus lemon and lavender.

Ingredients
• 50ml Frankincense & Myrrh Gin
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 25ml Lavender syrup
• 2 Drops of Foamer
Method
• Add all three ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
• Once mixed, strain into a glass filled with ice and finish with foamer.
• Garnish with edible gold dust and enjoy your luxurious-looking spirit!
Christmas Cracker Fizz

Ingredients
• 50ml Cranberry and Clementine Gin
• 25ml Cassis
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 25ml Cranberry juice • 25ml Christmas Sugar Spice Syrup
Method
• Add all five ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until combined.
• Once mixed, strain into a glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with a slice of dried orange, a classic Christmas cracker joke and enjoy!
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini
Crafted using Aroma Tea and Coffee specialists in Shrewsbury, our AFTER NOON Cold Brewed Coffee Liqueur is must have for your espresso martinis!
With delicious notes of rich maple syrup, dark chocolate, and hazelnut with the lingering taste of butterscotch, our Salted Caramel Espresso Martini is the perfect sweet treat this Christmas.
Ingredients
• 50ml AFTER NOON Coffee Liqueur
• 25ml Salted Caramel Syrup
• 25ml Water
• Coffee Beans (optional)
• Ice
Method
• Simply add your coffee liqueur, caramel syrup and water into a shaker with plenty of ice.
• Shake vigorously before pouring and garnishing with a trio of coffee beans.
Mulled Shropshire Spice
Featuring our multi award winning and highly commendedAromatic Spiced Gin, our Mulled Shropshire Spice is the warmth you need this festive season. With the sweetness of gingerbread and apple yet the spiciness of Red Vermouth, it’s an ideal combination this Christmas.
Ingredients
• 50ml Aromatic Spiced Gin
• 50ml Red Vermouth
• 25ml Gingerbread Syrup
• 100ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Method
• Add all four ingredients to a pan and heat slowly, being careful not to boil.
• Garnish with cinnamon and an apple slice and enjoy!
