Heather Gin by Emily

After being tasked to create my own small batch Limited Edition Gin, I handcrafted this heather focused gin using Jean, one of our copper pot stills. I distilled from head to tail, but only the pure hearts have gone into every bottle, creating a smooth, classic London Dry Gin.

My Limited Edition Heather Gin has been distilled with a carefully selected blend of botanicals. The heather and elderflower bring delicate floral notes combined with a subtle citrus freshness from orange peel and a touch of gentle warmth from pink peppercorn.

Limited to 34 bottles only!

Best served with a premium tonic or lemonade, garnished with a peel of orange.

My favourite cocktail serve is a Heather Bramble.

2 parts Heather Gin, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part sugar syrup and 1 part blackberry syrup, served over plenty of ice and topped with lemonade.

Always in good company.
