Spring Vodka Cocktail
Pornstar Martini
Ingredients:
- 50ml Spring Vodka
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 25ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
- 1 Passion Fruit
- Apple Fresco
Method:
- Add Spring Vodka, lime juice, syrup, puree and half the flesh of passion fruit to cocktail Shaker with ice
- Shake it up!
- decant into pre chilled martini glass and garnish with remaining half of passion fruit
- Fill shot glass with Apple Fresco

GIN COCKTAIL
FLORA DORA
Ingredients:
- 50ml Shropshire Dry Gin
- 25ml Raspberry Syrup
- 25ml Lime Juice
- Ginger Ale to top up
METHOD:
- Add Gin, Syrup and lime juice to cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake it up!
- Decant into Highball glass and top up with Ginger Ale
- Garnish with a lime wheel

G & T
Classic G & T
Ingredients
- 50ml Shropshire Dry Gin
- 150ml Premium Tonic
- Lime
Method:
- Add ice and gin to glass
- top up with tonic
- Garnish with a lime wheel

AFTER NOON Cocktail
MUDSLIDE
Ingredients:
- 50ml AFTER NOON Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 50ml Irish Cream Liqueur
- 40ml double Crean
- Chocolate sauce
Method:
- Add coffee Liqueur , Irish cream and cream to cocktail shaker and Dry Shake
- Add ice and Shake it up!
- Decant with strainer into martini glass
- Coat inner glass with chocolate sauce
- Garnish with 3x coffee beans

Gin Cocktail
Shropshire Pink Paloma
Ingredients:
- 50ml Grapefruit & Hop Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Soda – to top up
- Salt – rim glass
Method:
- Add ice, gin, lime juice & syrup and grapefruit juice to cocktail shaker and Shake it up!
- Coat glass rim in salt (dip the glass in lime juice, then in salt)
- Decant with strainer into Tumbler glass over ice
- Garnish with Grapefruit Slice

AFTER NOON Cocktail
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 100ml AFTER NOON Cold Brew coffee Liqueur
- 50ml Water
Method:
- Add ice, Liqueur and water to cocktail shaker
- Shake it up!
- Decant with strainer into martini glass
- Garnish with 3x coffee beans

Gin and AFTER NOON Cocktail
CHERRY SOUR
Ingredients:
- 50ml AFTER NOON Apple & Cherry Liqueur
- 25ml Cherry & Pink Peppercorn Gin
- 25ml - 50ml Lemon Juice
- 2-3 drops Bitters
- 5 x Cherries
Method:
- Add; cherries and Apple & Cherry Liqueur to cocktail shaker and muddle
- Add Lemon juice, Gin and bitters
- Shake it up!
- Decant with strainer into short tumbler over ice
- Garnish with a cherry

AFTER NOON Cocktail
Old fashioned twist
Ingredients:
- 50ml Bourbon
- 25ml Apple & Cherry Liqueur
- 2-3 dash bitters
- Fresh Orange Peel
METHOD:
- Add ice, bourbon, liqueur and bitters to a mixing glass
- twist of the orange peel over the mixing glass and add
- Stir and mix togther until cold
- Decant into a short tumbler over ice
- Garnish with a cherry and orange twist

Spring Vodka Cocktail
Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
- 50ml Spring Vodka
- 25ml Triple Sec / Cointreau
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Cranberry Juice
- Lime Wheel
METHOD:
- Add ice, Vodka, orange spirit, cranberry juice and lime juice to cocktail shaker
- Shake it up
- Decant into coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel

Gin Cocktail
Basil Smash
Ingredients
- 50ml Dry Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 6 Basil Leaves
Method:
- Muddle the basil leaves & lemon juice together and ‘smash’ them in the bottom of a shaker
- Add in the gin, sugar syrup, plenty of ice and shake it up!
- Strain into a short tumbler glass full of ice.
- Garnish with basil and lemon peel

Damson Sour
Ingredients:
- 50ml AFTER NOON Damson Gin Liqueur
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 2-3 drops Bitters
- Egg white
- Lime
Method:
- Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters to cocktail shaker
- DRY shake
- Add egg white, ice and shake
- Decant with strainer into Coupe Glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel

Gin Cocktail
Salty Dog
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Navy Strength Gin
- 100ml Fresh Grapfruit Juice
- Coarse Salt
Method:
- Wet the rim of a coupe glass with juice & dip in coarse salt to create your salt rim
- Add gin and juice to cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
- Shake it up!
- Decant into couple glass
