Now having said goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024, we’re welcoming the New Year with a brand-new component to our Distillery, our Spirit Refill Station.
2023 was a fantastic year for our Distillery, having been awarded the year’s Best Small Business by Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and Trip Advisor Traveller’s Choice Award, we’re continuing with our vision to become the number one visitor experience in the area.
Creating the finest, sustainable craft spirits from quality ingredients has always been of the highest priority for our business and to ensure that we stay true to our promise, we are always considering new ways to be as sustainable as possible.
Doing what we can to reduce our carbon footprint and be as environmentally friendly as possible is our responsibility as a business, which is why we are so happy to be introducing our new Spirit Refill Station for 2024.
How does it work?
When it comes to using our refilling station, which is located at our distillery in Ellesmere, you must have a Shropshire Distilled bottle with the original cork and can only refill with the same spirit as the bottle.
This scheme will be a great way of implementing our focus to being environmentally friendly, by reducing emissions created throughout the bottle production process and encouraging our customer to reduce waste by reusing their original bottle.
As a thank you to those who partake in the scheme we will be offering £5.00 off their refill purchase – talk about a win, win!
