We craft small-batch spirits and liqueurs at our distillery in Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Founded by Emma and Gareth Glynn, the distillery is built around clear process, hands-on production, and a commitment to quality in every batch.
We are committed to clear, honest production from start to finish.
From careful recipe development through to distilling, blending, bottling and labelling, every step takes place at our Shropshire distillery. Our approach is hands-on, considered and consistent — a reflection of our commitment to quality, transparency and integrity in everything we produce.
We value honesty, transparency and being clear about how our spirits are made.
Our small-batch approach centres on careful, hands-on distillation using our copper pot stills ‘Jean’ and ‘Anne’, capturing only the purest hearts in each run. It’s a process rooted in clarity, consistency and respect for the craft.

Do you have parking?
Yes we have a car park at the front of the distillery. Cars and belongings are left at owners risk

Our address is:

We are a 15/20 min walk from Ellesmere Town Centre

Can we collect our online order ?
Yes, once you have received your order dispatch notification you can collect direct from the distillery.
Can I purchase an experience as a gift voucher
Yes, please use the Gift voucher option in our online shop . Vouchers are valid for 12 months and will contain an expiry date.
Do you have a shop at the distillery?
yes, you can purchase from our retail area at the distillery along with sampling and trying our spirits range.
Do you have a bar?
yes, our bar is open once a month with local Street food vendors. Check our events page for a full list of dates and details.
If you are attending one of our experiences, or just nearby you are more than welcome to pop in Thursday - Saturday for a G&T or two!
